Kidwiz Story turns an idea into an illustrated storybook — characters you design, pages that get written and drawn as you go.
Common questions
- I can't sign in
- Story signs you in with Google. If the sign-in window closes without doing anything, check that pop-ups are allowed for story.kidwiz.ai, then try again.
- A story or image failed to generate
- Generation runs on outside services that are occasionally busy. Wait a minute and try again. If the same story fails repeatedly, email us the story title and roughly when you tried.
- I want my stories and account deleted
- Email us from the address you signed in with and say you want your account deleted. We remove your stories, characters, uploaded images, and sign-in record.

Put “Kidwiz Story” in the subject line. Tell us what you expected and what happened instead, and which device and iOS version you are on if you know.
Privacy
Story needs an account and a network connection. Your stories, characters, and images are stored in your account, and prompts and images are sent to the AI services that generate the text and artwork.
